Reprint of OTTOBRE design® spring issue 1/2008

The children’s issue published in spring 2008 was full of designs that were both funny and functional. The Bedouin-style pants sewn from linen chambray raised quite a bit of laughter and were nicknamed as “MC Hammer”. Nevertheless, pants made with this easy pattern have since frequently appeared on various blogs.

The Maya blouse, the Nirunaru pinafore dress and the Susette sash pants are also amongst some of the most popular designs of the issue. Since we constantly receive requests for these patterns, we decided to run a small reprint of the issue.

YOUNG NERDS AND ELEGANT GIRLS
The collection for schoolchildren was designed on the basis of ideas and requests from our readers. Carefree and comfortable sweatpants, a sweatshirt, a hooded sweat jacket and basic jeans for boys. Skirts, knickerbockers, a blouse with frills, T-shirts and a vest for girls.

A copy of the issue can be ordered from our website at www.ottobredesign.com. It is in English but we include the instruction pages in Finnish, Swedish, Dutch or German.

We’ll start mailing the issue as from April 9, but since the reprint is limited, it is advisable to order a copy straight away to make sure that you get yours!

MIght you consider arranging for a reprint of the Summer edition from the same year (3/2008)? I'm a soon to be subscriber, and looking through to choose a gift issue, the one I was most interested in was this one—which appears to be the only one that is currently unavailable:-( I have another 4 or 5 that I'll choose from between, but I would _love_ to be able to get that one:-)

Ohh. ..I love the Japanese influence in this issue. (I still have two Japnese magazines of girls clothes I haven't been brave enough to try yet.)

I really wish you would reprint the 1/2002 issue. It has a whole collection of raincoat patterns I would love to have, and I don't see it for sale anywhere.
